1. Scope of Verification
TruepixID provides cryptographic timestamping and integrity verification services for digital artifacts including images, video, audio, and related metadata.
TruepixID verifies only:
- Cryptographic integrity of submitted artifacts
- Timestamp of capture and processing
- Immutability of verification records
TruepixID does not certify or guarantee:
- Real-world value
- Ownership or rights
- Authenticity of subjects or events
- Physical condition of assets
- Legal admissibility
2. “As-Is” Service Disclaimer
All artifacts, verification records, and receipts are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
TruepixID makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, or storage beyond selected retention periods.
3. Limitation of Liability
TruepixID shall not be liable for:
- User or third-party disputes
- Fraudulent or misrepresented content
- Loss or deletion due to retention expiry
- Network issues or third-party service failures
Liability is limited to amounts paid for the applicable service.
4. No Professional Advice
TruepixID does not provide legal, insurance, or financial advice. Users are responsible for their own use of verification records.
5. Prohibited Content
Users may not upload content involving:
- Minors in exploitative or harmful situations
- Fraud, falsification, or impersonation
- Illegal activities
- Content violating local or international laws
This includes laws applicable in the United States, Canada, European Union, UAE, and other jurisdictions.
6. Enforcement
TruepixID may suspend or terminate accounts, revoke access, and report violations to authorities when required by law.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
Artifacts are retained only for the duration selected by the user. Deletion may occur due to expiry, user actions, or enforcement.
8. Governing Terms
Use of TruepixID is subject to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Retention Policy, export compliance laws, and binding arbitration in the originating jurisdiction.
