Terms of Service.
These Terms govern your access to and use of TruepixID and apply to all individuals, businesses, and organizations using the platform. By accessing or using TruepixID, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately.
Service Description
TruepixID provides cryptographically verifiable timestamping and metadata receipts for image and short-video verification. TruepixID does not analyze, classify, or permanently store original files.
Video Processing Limitation
TruepixID processes and cryptographically stamps only the first 30 seconds of each video upload. Videos exceeding this limit are automatically trimmed for integrity verification purposes — any content beyond 30 seconds is excluded from the stamped record.
Re-uploading the same or substantially similar video does not extend the stamped or hashed duration.
License & Access Rights
Subject to compliance with these Terms, TruepixID grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for lawful purposes.
User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By using TruepixID you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter this agreement.
Account Security
Users are responsible for account security and all actions taken under their account. TruepixID is not liable for unauthorized access caused by weak authentication, compromised email, or device security failures.
Payment, Credits & Billing
- Purchase of verification credits is final and non-refundable
- Credits expire 12 months from purchase unless otherwise specified
- TruepixID may provide discretionary adjustments during outages or incidents
Service Availability
TruepixID does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Service may be affected by maintenance, network failures, or external dependency outages.
No Storage of Original Media
TruepixID never retains original media. Deleted or expired content cannot be recovered.
Acceptable Use
You may not use TruepixID for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, defamatory, or evidence-manipulation activities. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Prohibited Content & Law Enforcement Cooperation
Tolerance
TruepixID reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with law enforcement authorities where we reasonably believe the service is being used in connection with illegal activity. Nothing in the service should be interpreted as permitting unlawful use.
Evidence & Accuracy Disclaimer
Receipts reflect metadata only and do not constitute legal certification, forensic analysis, chain-of-custody documentation, or expert qualification.
- Verification confirms file integrity and timestamp consistency only
- Does not validate factual accuracy, context, identity, or ownership
- Does not validate circumstances depicted in any media
- Users are solely responsible for the truthfulness, legality, and appropriateness of submitted content
